When someone visits our website we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
For users of our online portals, there is an option to use a cookie to remember you on the device you are using to save you having to type in a username and password each time. This cookie is used solely for that purpose and the information stored within it does not contain any data that identifies you personally.
If you use the form on our website to get in touch, the information you provide is used solely for dealing with that enquiry. We may enter your details into our contacts database so that we have a record of the enquiry for future reference, and we may contact you every now and then with information we think might be of genuine interest to you, or to check that the information we hold is still correct. We do not rent or trade email lists or contact details with other organisations and businesses.
We do not share information with any other organisation or business as general practice. If an occasion does arise where we felt it was beneficial to put you in touch with another organisation, perhaps for the purposes of collaboration or networking, then we will always seek your consent before doing so and we will agree with you which information to share.
You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to dpo@limbrickconsultancy.com
