Will your network stack up?

The question everyone asks first, so here's the answer before you talk to anyone. Three years, your numbers, and an honest look at the hours as well as the money.

Plan your network

Start with the defaults — they're a real network's first three years — then change anything to match yours. Nothing is sent anywhere; this runs in your browser.

What you charge sponsors
Who pays for the platform

Sponsor numbers are assumed to grow with your membership. Meeting income counts every exhibitor space you fill, plus one meeting sponsor where you charge for one.

The whole price list

Four lines, and there is nothing else. No setup fee, no minimum term, no charge for anything you haven't used.

The platform

Every feature, unlimited members, your own website and domain. Counted daily with a minimum of 50 members, so the smallest network pays £365 a year. Nothing at all if our sponsors are funding it.

2pper member/day

Sponsors in the company directory

Only for companies listed in the directory. Forum sponsorship, home page logos, exhibitor listings and every other placement are included at no extra cost.

15pper sponsor/day

Invoices raised through the platform

Membership and sponsor renewals, as native PDFs or pushed straight into Xero. Only charged if you use it.

£1per invoice

We find your sponsors

If you would rather not do the outreach yourself. Most networks don't need this — the free model exists precisely so you don't have to sell anything.

£60per sponsor

Billed termly in arrears. There is nothing to pay before you start, and nothing to pay if you stop. Neil — the Virtual Learning Zone (2p per member/day) is left off until it has content. Say if you want it listed as coming.

We can help with the rest of it too

Not everything a network needs is a website. If you want a hand with the parts that make you look like a real organisation, ask — these aren't packaged products, just things we've done for other networks.

Microsoft 365

Setting up a proper email environment on your own domain, including licences if you need them.

A phone number

A landline that goes to answerphone, so there's a number on your letterhead that isn't someone's mobile.

Finding sponsors

Outreach, negotiation and renewal handled for you at £60 a sponsor, if you'd rather spend the time elsewhere.
